Bill Vujevich

From an early age I was interested in art and drawing. I knew then that art would always be an important part of my life. After great encouragement through high school and college, I sought out the best teachers I could find public or private. Once satisfied with my drawing skills I moved on to painting, printmaking, sculpture, furniture and 3D design, Faux Finishing, Murals, Trompe L’Oeil, and all along I’ve practiced portrait and figure drawing and painting.

I owe most of my drawing and painting skills to Bob Gerbracht who I studied with off and on for over 30 years. I also studied Sculpture, furniture and 3D design with Michael Jean Cooper, faux finishing with Gale Laurence, and I’m certified by The School of Italian Plaster. I have experience working in theater, film, and television as a set painter and prop builder. I’ve worked with other faux finishing companies and painted murals with Manuel Cruz III, John Pugh, and Mark Molchan. I’ve also tried my hand at plein air, taking workshops with Kathleen Dunphy. All great artists, teachers and people.

I am currently a paint contractor specializing in artistic finishes.
